The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities Sort, clean and fold all guest linens according to specifications.
Maintain productivity levels on a daily basis.
Maintain the laundry room (e.
g.
, all surfaces, machines, bags) as a clean and safe environment.
Clean, organize and restock linen closets at the end of the day (e.
g.
, all cloths and towels, cups, toilet paper, rags, fill spray bottles, etc.
).
Maintain the discarded linen log and be able to maintain proper levels of par stock of linen and rags.
Report any equipment malfunctions to the maintenance department immediately.
Remove soiled linen from guest rooms as directed by Manager/Supervisor.
Fold linen & towels, make beds, and ensure bathrooms are clean Take away, room service items, dirty linen, and trash Perform check on all room appliances to ensure they are in good working condition Adjust furniture, desk items, and appliances when necessary Dust furnishings and walls and remove marks from them Carry out floor care duties in hallway and guest rooms, and vacuum carpets Adhere to all safety, security, and company procedures and policies Provide immediate report of any safety hazards, injuries, maintenance problem, or accidents to the supervisor Provide assistance to guests with disabilities Genuinely appreciate and thank guests for their visit Apply professional language in communicating with guests and other people Provide support to team to achieve common goals Any other job assigned with in best western point south in any department.
Able to lift at least 50LB Skills Proven working experience in relevant field Ability to work independently and remain motivated Helpful with customer service orientation Prioritisation and time management skills Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail Job Type:
