Summary:
Alpha Genesis, Inc.
is a medical research facility that houses non-human primates.
An Animal Care Night Technician serves as our nighttime animal care staff that are necessary to ensure that the needs of AGI are met on a continuous basis.
This position also includes laundry services and maintaining the heating sources in various areas.
The Animal Care Night staff will need to be available to work from 4pm - 4am.
However, your start and end time may vary a bit from the availability requirement.
Applicants will need to have various qualifications to make them an ideal candidate.

DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Responsible for being able to patrol the entire property as instructed to check lighting timers in various areas throughout the facility.
Report any issues that may be of hazard.
Ensure equipment is picked up and stored properly Feed preparation, drop off and pick up in certain areas Ensure the facilities are locked, areas are free of debris and areas are secure.
Maintain various records of communications and events Responsible for maintenance of all department's uniforms Monitor climate control devices Ensure all animal enclosures are properly heated by performing winterization duties Assist in animal containment if needed Participate in Animal Safety and Containment quarterly training Perform other related duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Must have a valid driver's license No criminal record High school diploma or GED is required Good communication skills Critical thinking skills Must be able to observe situations and make appropriate response Must be able to work with speed EDUCATION:
Have at least a High school diploma or GED.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
