We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Resort Manager in Yemassee, SC.

Our campground also boasts a convenient location near Interstate 95, allowing all of our guests to enjoy everything South Carolina has to offer.
What You'll Do (including but not limited to):
Manage the day-to-day operations of the community including staff, resident relations, customer service
Manage and Increase occupancy through home sales, leasing home sites and actively marketing the community
Analyze and prepare annual and long-term budgets, monitor income statements, variance reports, identify market trends, and control costs
Ensure physical operations are maintained to ELS standards by conducting inspections of grounds, buildings, vacant sites, and obtaining bids and contracts for projects
Maximize the profitabilityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
